Parawise Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of the Parawise mobile application ("Application"). The Application is developed and operated by Parawise.

1.2. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1.3. Parawise is a mobile application designed for personal and commercial finance management.

1.4. Parawise may not be used by individuals under the age of 18.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1. Parawise offers: Income and expense tracking, Budget management, AI-powered financial analysis, Workspace management, Financial reporting, Cloud backup (optional).

2.2. Some features are included in the free plan, while advanced features are available in Plus and Pro plans.

2.3. Reports and analyses generated by the Application are provided for informational purposes only. These outputs do not constitute official accounting documents. Parawise does not provide accounting, auditing, or investment advisory services.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the Application.

3.2. The user is obligated to ensure the security of account credentials.

3.3. The Application may only be used for lawful purposes.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

4.1. The free plan is limited to basic features.

4.2. Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions.

4.3. The trial period is 7 days at no charge. Upon expiration, your payment method will be automatically charged. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

4.4. Subscription cancellation can be done through your device's app store settings. No partial refunds are provided.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All intellectual property rights of Parawise are reserved.

5.2. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute application content.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Parawise does not provide financial advice. The Application is for informational purposes only.

6.2. Parawise shall not be held liable for users' financial decisions.

6.3. Maximum liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. MODIFICATIONS

7.1. Parawise reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days prior.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

8.2. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

8.3. For EU residents, mandatory rights under EU consumer protection legislation are preserved.
